Our cuisine is based on selecting exceptional raw materials. Only the best ingredients from each season.

Emma is a pizzeria-restaurant but also a deli; an emporium-wine shop with great attention to organic products.  Emma is built upon one simple principle: using the highest quality raw materials as ingredients of a traditional cuisine.

Without ever making compromises.

Our menu includes a wide range of offers that span every area of the Italian gastronomic tradition.  The common thread here is the excellence of raw materials.  No cutting corners.  Only quality.

Wine is our great passion.

Francesco Roscino continues to select the best wines and the most prestigious bottles in Italian and foreign auctions.

More than 1,000 labels from all over the world age in our cellars under the ancient roman Teather of Pompeo. Over 50 Champagne labels, prestigious verticals of Barolo, Sassicaia, Chianti but also small little-known producers for a wine list  that has become our pride.

The beer list features products from the best breweries in Italy, Belgium and Germany: 18 brands plus others- in a seasonal rotation that will always keep things fresh.

Berta and Marolo grappas, Villa Zarri and Poli brandies, Single Malt and agricultural Rums by Samaroli and Mongiardino, Japanese spirits.  All the great classics and some goodies to finish … or a cocktail to start.

Emma for Art

We are lucky enough to live and work in the historic center of the most beautiful city in the world.  Exactly in the place where Pompeo’s theater was located in Roman times and 50 meters from the place where Julius Caesar was assassinated.
We want to give back a part of what we receive from this incredible legacy by trying to support the historical-artistic heritage of the city. We support  restoration works that need funding.  We have done it in the past with our dear friends Pierluigi and Alessandro Roscioli and we continue to do so with great satisfaction.
